High Lift Wing Internship Space Chase

Multi-Element High Lift Wing Design, Analysis, and Fabrication

1 month to complete

You will be able to design and analyze a wing with fowler flaps and automatic slats using industry-standard software tools such as CATIA and ANSYS. You will learn to apply the principles of aerodynamics and structural mechanics to ensure that the wing design is both efficient and safe. Once the design is complete, you will move on to fabrication using 3D printing techniques, and then test the wing in a simulated environment.
