Fin Body of a Engine Cylinder Design, and Analysis
1 month to complete
You will learn about the theory and background of heat transfer in fins, types of fins and their geometries, and the factors affecting their efficiency. Using Solidworks software, you will design and model the fin geometry, with optimization of fin parameters for maximum heat dissipation. You will then perform thermal analysis of the model using ANSYS software, with validation and sensitivity analysis of the results.
